I 100% know that I had to drastically cut down processed foods and anything high in salt, nitrates, and have had to pair this with eating more potassium along with the daily supplements I take as well. Also, just getting up and moving more. I have been lazier for a long time so I have been scaling myself into higher resistance cardio an inch at a time. But been there done that.
@mutageno2 @UncleIroh @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh Also, yup cooking with butter and if I use any other oil in a non cooking situation it is olive oil. I have a little bit of stuff with oleic seed oils, but I have pretty much purged most of that stuff. TFM should just legitimately look at strength training guys for basics on dieting. It's as easy as just having high (hard not all soft estrogen filled) fat diets, lowering overall carbs, stretching, and removing s-oils, salts, nitrates
@mutageno2 @UncleIroh @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh I also cut down on suaces & spice mixes. Have to get salt free mixes and I make sure I drink water and potassium fruits. My primary snacks are a banana with milk/protien drink, and keto toast w/ a bit of olive oil. Lunch is something cooked, my primary snack is greek yogurt & orange slices. Trying to keep to carbs to natural carbs. I'm still a bit lazy w/ it since I work a lot and work has a chef so I eat meats & veggies there.
