i have not exercised for one year and i have been to the gym for the fourth time now and am surprised that i have not really lost too much strength. it is hard to measure because i do not want to go too hard just yet but so far i have the impression i might have lost maybe 15%? the only limitation is grip. that one goes out first and is most limiting for deadlifts or any other gripping/pulling exercises.

i would restrict voting to 30y-50y. under 30, people are dumb. above 50, people get selfish. also no one above 60 should held a high ranking position. including elections that would cause the term to cross the 60yo. so you cannot run for president if you are over 56yo.
