@Tfmonkey some could and would actually argue things were objectively better under the communists. and indeed they were. but overall it were shit times.
@Tfmonkey not sure about the middle-east, not my forte, but you need to understand that soviet communists destroyed the entire central and eastern europe. so people still hold a grudge. it has been only 30 years, so most people alive today have it fresh in their memory. yes, russia today is completely different animal altogether, but it is still russia and that is hard pill to swallow and get over. although believe it or not, a lot of people reminiscent about the times under the communists.

@Zeb i doubt they had a choice after surrendering during WW2. usa must have done some crazy things to keep their boot on their neck for so long and so decisively because the same thing is happening to germany and there seems to be no reversal in policies coming any time soon on their part ,while they are literally destroying their entire economy.

@Stahesh fasting is easy - if you have active job. if you sit all day behind a computer, it's hell, because when the keto kicks in deep, you are buzzing with energy and cannot sit still - until you eat something, which defeats the purpose. i think i will focus on running this time.
despite me eating 3000-4000kcal today, i have set a goal for 2025 to lose 10kg/go below 90kg :D

looks like EU sells to EU and Asia. USA is selling to USA and a bit to EU. Asia is selling mostly to Asia and then to USA. So with USA tariffs, Asia will suffer the most.
