No, I don't think I will. If the unthinkable happens and your Gen Z in a Mini schedules a first-round call with me, I will learn just enough about the company to feign excitement about working there. Even if my effort is redundant, since the bitty on the other end of the call will waste 15 minutes giving me an elevator speech about what industry they're innovating.
