i recently got my blood work done, and saw my lipid levels were high, so i got researching ways to lower it, and that when i found, lean meats.

all my life i thought i was eating good cuz i mostly ate meat but, i found out, i was eating fatty meat, you know, i did not know how bad pork was.

the moment i started eating lean meats, i felt better but, the moment i eat pork, my chest feels all tight and i get floated fast.

i think i my body is getting used to the lean meats.

@RodrickSage

Maybe it's just about pig instead of the fat?

I know that meat is the most nutrient-dense food we can eat, fat included, so maybe it's all good when it comes to lamb, cow, deer, elk, bison and rabbit?

@RodrickSage I think there is some misinformation about high fat diets. I think they scare us with high cholesterol and associate that with heart disease so they can sell/prescribe stating drugs. Personally my cholesterol is high, LDL/HDL and Total cholesterol. I eat mostly eggs and beef.
