1 The person talks too much for you to talk
2 The person does not talk back enough for you to know if they comprehended what you said
3 The person tells you not to talk about that thing
4 the person is willing to both talk and listen but talking and listening takes a lot of time & they are usually busy with other commitments

@RoninGrey yep. i say that i can get along with 1% of the population which essentially makes me disabled as i cannot operate in this society :D thankfully i do not have or need a full time job so i am hermiting/monking it on my own.
