What if trans people can only choose to identify as a male or female and not a third gender?
Recognizing two genders does not mean failure to recognize additional genders unless it is worded more strongly like exactly two and no more than two
One can simply say that their biological gender is male but their gender identity is female
As long as males and females are to legally be treated as equal putting female on a job application should be legally the same as male
