I'm been doing Carnivore since Monday, and I feel fine. Nothing is improving, but nothing is getting worse.
I've been doing keto for years, so my body handled going carnivore "cold turkey" no problem.
I had some prime rib for Christmas. I assume it's cool since it's beef, but I technically broke my "steak and butter" rule, since prime rib isn't steak.
On January 23rd, I'll report regarding whether carnivore cures rheumatoid arthritis or not.
@charliebrownau and if I give it 6 weeks, and nothing happens, will you admit it doesn't work, or will you tell me to give it 10 weeks?
@Tfmonkey @charliebrownau I personally like more chicken than beef.
I mainly cook with lard or water.
Another good thing is doing carnivore with fasting for at least day. If you fast for 2 you can heal your eyesight and get better hearing.
Best time to fast is days you are not working so you do not have problem with energy
Because carnivore is like fasting but with eating.
@charliebrownau @Tfmonkey Another thing that helps is giving your eyes a break.
Reading whole day from book and computer fucks up my eyes pretty bad.
