My boomer dad is dying and won't sign power of attorney documents so I can pay the mortgage for the house he's about to get evicted out of. Wouldn't sign a will or advanced direct for years even before his health declined.
I still love my dad, but boomers are truly the worst sort of people. Thanks for leaving the family house to the bank, dad.
@RegalBeagle my Dad had tow kids with another woman later in life and she about to steal my inheritance, my mom keeps pushing me to get a lawyer but, i already had two and they BOTH dropped my case.

Making problems. Refuse to deal with them and they do not take any advaces because they are "older and smarter"🤡
When it is too late. Now it is your problem to deal with it.
While the problem could be taken care of 3 steps ahead. Like they can't even predict 1 move ahead.
