It's been a month on carnivore, and here are my health vitals:
weight loss: -13 lbs
body fat: -3%
muscle: +1.9%
It's worth noting that I haven't been able to do any significant exercise due to my arthritis, so did was 100% diet.
I don't have a way to measure the effect it's had on my arthritis. I'd say it's similar to the digestive enzymes in terms of impact.
@Tfmonkey Now you need to try at least day fasting.
Better to do it on your day off.
