Any thing that is not plant and dairy is good for my body that wants animal based food.

So I do not mind bugs had one time pack of fried crickets pretty much tasteless would add more salt IMO

Because for me coffee give ve carb/sugars cravings and ruin my fasting resulst so I plan to quit and probably it fucks with my blood sugars.

Not mentioning I drank coffee with milk and added sugars.

chocolate I quit while ago especially the one with added milk.

For me my body wants to have low sugars level and everything become worse with sugars and dairy.
