But in some industries you have little or no room for Innovations. Like pizza there are only few ways how to make pizza. So there is hard time to make the competition obsolete. You can try automatization. Ad secret mix of spices or sauces to stand out. But monopolies can make better deals, publicity and can stand out more even when their quality is average
