Not mentioning there are body processed that control your mind like when you see naked woman on the internet you look at her but it is your mind that control your body.

So key is controling mind to control body and not the other way

Finally after so many years of meditation I can feel I can observe and control my mind.

I thought that mind and body is the same. But mind is connected to body and in between there is you observing and controling both.

So far it is good to control and manage emotions that I had for as long I can remeber. Such liberating state of being😇
