@Stahesh it can be problematic but it really does not have to be. you have to be smart about it. also you cannot be a at the bottom of the food chain of the job market, obviously.
@DoubleD @Stahesh @FinalDresdonation Most of my soda intake is from mixed drinks. I've found a 50/50 of mixer and soda water is less sugar, more carbonation, AND reduces my hangovers if I go hard in the paint that night.

Honey for use in recipes at a ratio of 2/3 honey : 1 sugar and dried fruit standing in for deserts and sugary snacks. If you're a soda drinker, try seltzer water with sugar-free flavoring liquid to start until you can get used to just water.
