@Stahesh It’s definitely more of a mental fear, which is still a physical fear because I learned the illusion of separation between mind and body.

There's nothing wrong with fear: it's not a disease. It doesn't need cure.
If no one felt fear, humanity would have gone extinct a long time ago.
You simply plow through fear after considering the risks when needed - it exists to protect you and masculinity means dominating it to serve you.

What’s the cure to fear?
Purpose and direction, find it, fight for it, live it.

@TenaciousGoat fear is great tool to make improvements, I have done many adjustments based on fear instinct, one of them was cutting my friendship with my teen years friends, because of fear of the situation, fear about them and myself. And out of the group of 5, including me, 2 is dead.

@TenaciousGoat fear is a natural reaction to danger, if you just feel fear about something in particular, you should probably listen to it. If it's non rational fear, which would be anxiety disorder, probably fill your days with something that enrich your life, eventually anxiety disappears. Much of anxiety is energy that doesn't have any way to go, so it goes inward, starts eating you alive.
