Falcon 9's launch rate (every 2.3 days) is limited by the construction of each brand new expendable upper stage. The F9 US is 3.7 m in diameter, with an Al/Li "skin & stringer" construction.
Similarly, New Glenn would also be flight rate limited by its expendable hydrolox upper stage. The NG US is 7 m in diameter, with a more slower-to-build Al/Li orthogrid construction.
Both have reusable 1st stage boosters.

Awesome, very based. These...executive actions...should happen early and often. In Minecraft, of course.
Elon's SpaceX Starship:
Differences between a V1 vs a V2 Starship upper stage.
Article: https://ringwatchers.com/article/s33-nose
Excerpt:
"Alongside the new shape, the forward flaps have also been completely relocated, shifted higher and closer to the leeward side."
"As a result, the new design shifts the flaps toward the leeward side of the ship, meaning that the static aero is nearly completely invisible to the airflow, and when the flaps retract, they are almost completely hidden behind the nosecone."
