In the entire time Falcon 9 was grounded recently, the rest of the world combined launched a single rocket.

Within 30hrs of being cleared for flight again, however, Falcon 9 had already been flown 3 times.

Absolutely wild cadence, you forget just how stuff SX launch until they're not doing it.

There should be contractual language in every government contract that if a vendor produces garbage then they are on the hook for the total cost of the project.
