If you're having stringing issues its likely a retraction setting issue or your filament isn't dry enough. Check out one of these filament dryers or there are plenty of DIY's online you could copy.

@Tfmonkey damn that looks terrible, why not use an SLA printer for stuff like this, the models would look better.

@37712 I'm going to paint them and you'll see they're perfectly serviceable with the cost and durability of plastic rather than resin.

@Tfmonkey This is really good work for a FDM printer. I used FDM printers but they are for use in making metal casts where the surfaces are machined to final size so accuracy and resolution aren't important. You're doing good work with this stuff.
