I do carnivore and eat a LOT of steak. I buy cheaper cuts and use a combination of some of the techniques mentioned in this video. It's worth a watch if you want to elevate cheaper steaks for carnivore on a budget. youtube.com/watch?v=OMWrbaOxj3

@MrpoopyButhole @Tfmonkey

If you turn the steak into soup in a pressure cooker or slow cooker then I do not see how it would be dry thing is he complained it was dry but did not sorround it by water

Stew is absolutely delicious but I do not know how you could have a stew without plants

@shortstories @MrpoopyButhole moisture and juiciness in meat don't come from water, but from fat.

@shortstories @MrpoopyButhole @Tfmonkey TFM getting a heart attack no by the Jab but instead by the Diet.

@Tfmonkey

If you use plants like fruit juice to enhance your meat then that is a omnivore diet not a carnivore diet

Also I think he said the cheap steak is lean

So if you are actually eating less animal fat by getting cheap steak that is probably better for your health than the steak with a higher percent of calories from fat and thus a lower percent of calories from protein

@Tfmonkey I remember when you were skeptical of the carnivore diet, tried it, and it helped your arthritis. I'm glad you stuck with it and improved your health by doing so.

@Engineer All the doctors I talked to told me red meat CAUSES inflammation. I guess after COVID I should question medicine more, but now I know. Everything the government says is a lie, and everything it has it has stolen.

@Tfmonkey Yeah pretty much. I too tend to just do the exact opposite of whatever the government or media says to do. Its worked out well thus far, for whatever its worth. I now question everything from special relativity to oil being "fossil" derived. I even am skeptical of viral pathogens being separate organisms, terrain theory is a possible alternative model. The lesson is learned yet again, its one thing for us to say "question everything" and another to actually follow through!
