@Tfmonkey The invasion has to be delayed because the US is setting up various strategically placed poles with babies tied to them.
If someone attacks and kills those babies, it would look really bad. They might even get decapitated. Bad optics are just the worst thing ever. Checkmate.

This is actually true. Post-WW2 wars have always been started on the premise of child atrocities.
This has created child-atrocity inflation for each subsequent war effort:
"I'll see your 40 headless babies and raise you 50 headless raped AND burned babies." Passports in the rubble for proof.
