@VooDooMedic It was a tough call between manslaughter and murder. I don't think he was going for the neck, that is too precise for such a large motion. However he didn't have his foot extended like you normally would when throwing that kick. He pulled his foot in to expose the blade. For that reason, it's murder. Even if he didn't hit the neck, he was going to do a LOT of damage.
