@shortstories - in-group status will be determined by tax-status, and general contribution to the community. I expect it will be entirely male. And in-group status (perhaps "citizenship") will come with many legal benefits and rights.
Out-group people (the goyim or kuffar), will certainly be third class (second-class would be the non-citizen dependants of citizens - wives and children).
Anyhow, I think Christianity is doomed by its own logical flaws.
@shortstories - To be clear, I don't like it. And I prefer that people live together peacefully, without pushing their own beliefs onto others.
But there's no denying that the civilization which has tried that, is currently dying. So, it becomes a case of: if you can't beat'em, join them.
I don't plan to be Muslim. But I plan to incorporate that concept of in-group vs. out-group. It won't be based on religion or race (I plan to have a pagan community, and I'm a mutt). But instead, ➡️

As far as Judaism teaching the enslavement or extermination of anyone who isn't Jewish... 🤔 If that's true, then they're not very good at it. I admit, it could be true, for all I know. I've never looked into it.
But I plan to adopt a similar attitude someday. I'm not inspired by Jews, but by Muslims. They're good at that. 😂

@shortstories - infidelity could result in divorce (at the aggrieved man's discretion). In such a case, a woman is cast out... with no welfare, no kids, no house, no affirmative action job, and no future obligation from her now ex-husband. She is cast out with nothing.
If her originally family still loves her, they can take her in, but there's no obligation.
She would probably fall into prostitution. No one's ever eradicating the oldest profession, after all. She will be a sad example.

Sexes will be segregated. Women's spaces will be their sewing circle and their home. Men's spaces will pretty much be everywhere else.
If sex occurs in a women's space, it is presumed to be rape. If sex occurs in a men's space, it is presumed to be infidelity.
Rape becomes a property crime, and justice is pursued by a woman's father or husband. That is the aggrieved party. And in cases that go to trial, that's who files the complaint.
@shortstories - But if a child should be left with absolutely no one to take them in, then whatever leader is in charge, may arrange for an apprenticeship for that child.
The child will make themselves as useful as possible to a tradesman, learn a trade in the process, and have food and shelter in the meantime.
Life will become very hard. And I don't anyone will too much time to squabble amongst each other. People will get along because they have to, and those that can't will perish.
@shortstories - I foresee adoption being very rare. In most cases, orphans will be cared for by extended family.
Family will be the bedrock of whatever society arises from the ashes, as it always has been.
State authority will be severely reduced. Govt will become skeletal, because govt is luxury of a rich society. And society won't be rich after collapse. There probably won't even be electricity. So naturally, the surveillance state is going away.
Men will be in charge of their families.
@shortstories - the out-group is where the war brides come from. There's no records in post-collapse. And no one's checking IDs. These are the females that are left after an enemy group is vanquished. They would be free to join their men in the afterlife... but they probably won't. They would be assigned to warriors as property. Such is life (and most of human history).

In-group (or "citizens") have many more rights. All official courtship and marriage laws apply to citizens.
There's no welfare, and no prison. There is a death penalty, and corporeal punishment (caning works). Banishment is also a judicial option.
The US criminal court system was developed in pre-industrial times, and is a good model in general - or the best that I can think of in the absence of video.
@shortstories - For clarity, these are not ideas for our current state, country, or govt. All of that is doomed, and in the process of collapsing. There is no fixing all of that.
These are hypothetical ideas for how to run a small community in the aftermath. 🍻
@shortstories - In order to avoid such pain, a young female can simply obey her father, and then her husband.
If a young female should get pregnant outside of marriage, and outside of rape (to be determined by trial, and punishable by death or castration for the rapist - depending on his general usefulness)... then that pregnant young female is on her own.
A few slutty young females will get pregnant, and will suffer the consequences alone... and will serve as examples to others. 💁🏻♂️
@shortstories - I would have arranged marriages for females, with betrothal eligibility at 15, and marriageability at 16.
I would get rid of public school, so young females have less freedom to get themselves pregnant. They would exist in a sharia-like system (minus all the mandatory praying & fasting). Fathers will have authority, so if his daughter sneaks out to meet some guy, a consequence-free ass whipping can await her return home. Or perhaps, a Singapore-style caning if warranted.
@shortstories - Sounds overly complicated to me. Speaking hypothetically, I would do things differently.
Prison and welfare are expensive. And forced adoption comes with too many hazards for the adoptees. I would have people keep their kids (so long as those kids aren't abused), regardless of the circumstances of their birth... and the parents can live with the consequences.
To prevent bastard children, I would make females property - first of their fathers, and then of their husbands.

12 is a bit too young, in my professional opinion. But, different strokes for different folks.
I foresee balkanization in the future, and a lot of sovereign villages and hamlets. If one of those places should wish to have 12yo betrothals, it will be no concern of mine.
I think it would have bad results in terms of infant mortality, and girls dying in labor. That's mostly why I can't support it.

But nature always runs its course. When the welfare goes away, things will sort themselves out. Many useless and/or incapable people will perish. They will eat each other. And then they will starve.
In ancient times, many an army was devoured by deserts they attempted to cross. It didn't matter to the desert, how big an army was - they all perished.
When welfare goes away, useless people will find themselves in such a desert. 🥃

I was pondering though, how best to get this idea to the right hands. And I think it's fair to use the surveillance state as a means of communication with the powers that be. They're reading and analyzing everything, so in order to get a message to them, just post it in ➡️
