There needs to be some clarification here. It is not so much that a woman becomes completely unable to find relationships/husband's after 30, but her options get more and more limited after she is 30 and the become more limited as she gets older. She will most likely not get the ideal man she wants after 30 (unlike in her early 20s).
Also, this assumes that a woman is taking the best care of herself after 30, and many do not.

They often think that the kind of men who would be willing to sleep with them or short term date them are the kind of man she should be able to get past 30. But often that is not the case.
For women who do "settle" for a guy who she would previously overlook in her 20s, they often resent the guy who they end up with, even though he did nothing wrong.
@houseoftolstoy @basedbagel @37712 One "shock jock" radio guy called 30 the "expiration date". That's cruel, and it's not that sudden. But I've known many women who commented on the whiplash in dating as they progress into their 30's.
It doesn't help that a lot of the things guys found cute in a 22YO are not a good look at all in a 30+ woman.

Most western men have NO self respect and will put up with anything a woman throws at them.
