It is called Intelligence.
But many people lack this feature.
Thats why people will side with trash that look similar that would backstab them.
But will hate people that look different that would cooperate with them.

I was more looking for what sort of information to present someone that judging people on their race instead of their behavior is not in their best interest
Culture would be included with behavior and correlated with race if it is taught from parent to child but would not be the same thing
I think certain cultures are harmful and people mistakenly believe it is the race that is the problem
However culture can teach people to discriminate against races
You should judge people by the content of their character.

Other than people on the news and enternment telling black people to commit crimes and also black parents telling their children to commit crimes because committing crimes stops racism

And that's ok as that's kinda the purpose of religion and culture. I just avoid the ones I don't agree with.

The ones who descend from slaves need reparations.
The biggest indicator of crime is single motherhood.
Best way to avoid crime is by being with people that have more to lose than you do.
Also if you have rule of law it doesn't matter because the criminals will be in jail.
The media promotes crime due to the prison industrial complex making imprisoning people profitable
