@basedbagel Congrats! I used to have RSI, too. Handheld trackball mouse was part of my solution. I think handheld matters more than trackball, since it enables you to use it without bending your wrist. The other part was buying a full-size keyboard and resting it on my lap.
Thanks! @Mongoliaboo
Somehow I didn't realize how easy it was to have bas posture while typing until the pain came.
IMO every keyboard should be ergonomic
@shortstories i can type without looking at the keys but I still have a reference sheet for less used characters since I use DVORAK layout.
Type as much as I do and you get used to the split layout a few weeks

In America we pride ourselves on our stubbornness and uniqueness.
So even though we use the customary system which is completely inefficient compared to the metric system we don't care because were unique.
And most people can barely type on The QWERT layout and have no desire to learn the DVORAK even though it's much more ergonomic SMH
@basedbagel @shortstories I really like Dvorak layout. I made the switch and it did help by reducing row switching and all that. It's kind of a joke that QWERTY is still the norm.
Other countries have rolled out language reforms that change the spelling of almost every word, yet we can't switch from a retarded layout to one that economizes hand motion.
