I think the key to the normie code is this: a natural tendency to comply, such that compliance overrides one's own personal intuition or reason.
It's taken a long time for me to even see this, let alone come to terms with it.
Note that this definition has NOTHING to do with one's ability to reason or to intuit. Someone with uncanny levels of intuition or galactic levels of intelligence will still fail if their Archilles heel is deference to authority.

But I think this talk about race is detracting from the real issue.

TFM on the right is fan art I added a backrgound to and animated.
When you said graphic I thought you meant the picture in it's totality.
