Oh no! Men refusing to work with women, which hurts women's productivity! This is terrible!

Wait, why are these women unable to be as productive unless they are collaborating with men? Can't they just collaborate with each other? After all, we are told how smart and capable women are, so they should be just as productive when collaborating with other women.

Or perhaps this "collaboration" is just like what happens in group projects at school when you get paired up with a moron.

>they usually post the job but they have already choosen one for the position to they conduct the interviews just to say : "Lol we interviewed a lot of candidates"

Please stop I'm getting Nam flashbacks!😓

I swear these HR hoes just LOVE to hear themselves talk.

One bitch rescheduled just to tell me the next day 30m in that she doesn't think my experience aligns.

I hope that lousy bitch is vaccinated. 😡

Happy 1 year anniversary to my business!

Storytime: After 6 years of watching business content on YT I finally bit the bullet and started my LLC.

I started off pretty strong until towards the end of the year when I lost all my clients but I would 100% do it all again.

What a wild ride.

If I could go back and tell myself some advice.

1. Don't overthink it, just get started.

2. Charge more $$ lol

You guys I just had an epiphany.

I applied to >1,000 jobs for MONTHS to get my 1st job after UNI.

I sent out ~100 proposals to get my 1st client who I still work with to this day.

This market is SO TRASH that I had an easier time getting a client than getting a job.

Let that sink in.

Open Source is the secret of my success. Every great opportunity I've ever had was the result of Open Source. I skipped all the job interviews. I contributed patches and they hired me on the spot. I built open source and they found me. Without it, I would be just a regular man with precious ideas. Ideas aren't precious, no matter how good they are. Even the best creations aren't precious on their own. You could die an unknown Shakespeare. OPPORTUNITIES are precious. Open Source maximizes opportunities. People are resistant to it because they're afraid. Their heads are full of doubts, of tropes like "how will artists make money?" For that reason, brave people are able to benefit from Open Source while fearful people don't. If you want to be a successful software person and you're not already a millionaire, I would highly recommend building Open Source software.
