Tips for job seekers in a shit market:
1.Use Google Gemini for tailored cover letters/resumes.
Your time is valuable and most of these employers just ghost you anyway
2. Use simplify.jobs to auto fill those shitty company sites that make you put in all the same information for your resume in multiple boxes.
Feel free to chime in if you have any tips that might be helpful.
Incel in my generation is anyone who can't get laid.
I can only speak for gen z incels but even though they bitch a lot they have a point.
As someone who went from looking like a textbook nerd to getting in shape with a good wardrobe it is NIGHT AND DAY how I was treated by not just women but men as well.
IDK if it's my generation but we are way too superficial to the point where you're denied common human decency if people don't find your aesthetically pleasing
> they really do not have life outside work.
Slight correction: they dont have any *authority* outside of work.
Their family/friends avoid or walk all over their loser dark triad ass but at work people respect their title of middle manager so they don't starve.
I think this is why boomers hold on to jobs well past retirement age even when they have a wife, kids and hobbies.
They just don't want to let go of that one part of their life where they have any power.
@Wolffkran This is why I feel so bad for the japs - they had zero idea what they were dealing with. People accustomed to the ZOG grift world we inhabit would say "ah, I must hide this cultural treasure somewhere to be unearthed in better days"
The poor japs, accustomed to honorable, upstanding stakeholders in their own government, assumed americans could be trusted to care for these objects. Instead the guy who accepted it probably put the sword behind the cabinet and forgot about it after shift change. If we're lucky, it was tossed in a duffel bag, and now sits rusting away in some philadelphia attic until some libshit finds it and either hands it for destruction (swords are illegal?!?! IDK just give it away) or it makes its way to ebay
@Wolffkran I like chiding boomercons when they bring up "book burning", attacking their position like "well some ideas genuinely shouldn't exist in the world. When we took over nazi germany we had to shred and pulp every last hint of nazi writing and literature, to the point that illiterate GIs destroyed millions of totally unrelated, classic books just for looking like they were "nazi" because of the old gothic font."
"It was so VITAL and IMPORTANT to forever eliminate nazi ideology from the world we committed cultural warcrimes against all mankind, and it's not even controversial to say so. Book burning is what good guys do"
It's hard not to break but if you keep a straight face they'll sit there and say "see what the hell I can never tell if you're serious or not?"
