@Terry @SrbijaStronk Update, Russia has build a base on the golan height, it forced the IDF to back away. Russia is now blocking Israel from invading Syria, which is something they warned Israel about. Russia will respond with violence if they fire at them. The zone they control is like a DMZ.

@sickburnbro Some years ago, there was a documentary about the American railroad system's history.

There was a portion where their mentioned that train cars were coupled by hand in a dangerous process that would maim or kill rail workers. An automatic coupler was created, but the rail companies never implemented it for years because it was far cheaper to let rail workers keep getting killed and crippled.

This should sound very similar to what's going on here.
