@mildpeach I assume that your vpn server software should be able to tell you who is logged on through it.
If you're talking about anonymizers, I imagine that you would have to lookup their IP:s and make a decision based on that.

@sj_zero Add to that, that it is so obviously bad and simple, that anyone with a modicum of intelligence will just skip to the end and do the test, and anyone not able to do that, i so stupid they will not benefit from it anyway.
