@Humpleupagus "You mean you are just going to heckin' refuse my offer to have all the kingdoms in the world in exchange for worshipping me?"
"Yes."
@Humpleupagus Whenever I see your posts where people try to report you, it reminds me of this clip:
@zebuceta It does that too, sure. But still, regardless of whether or not that is by design or by accident, I do not see that as something that would benefit the "capitalists" all that much, considering many of the non-productive jobs held by women. And considering that the strawman capitalist is antithetical to actual communists, they do not benefit by serving the end goals of the communists.
@I_AmTheKnight Are you forgetting about payroll taxes? The government gets extra money from businesses for each employee, regardless of their productivity or if the women are net taxpayers themselves or productive workers. The government therefore gains the benefit while the businesses eat the cost when they hiring to make sure they do not get sued or hounded by the government.
Thus, it makes little sense for the "capitalists" too push for women working if they are only seeking profits.
@FinalDresdonation It is easy to be careless when you are not tested. You can have lax punishment when there is little crime to worry about. But what happens when those who are more prone to criminality come more common in society? The same lax punishments will not suffice. Especially not when you naively assume that everyone is just as peaceful as yourself and those who became criminals only did so because of some sort of oppression. Sometimes, people commit crimes because they can.
@FinalDresdonation Those that have lived in relative safety often fail to understand all the stepping stones necessary to get to that level of safety in the first place. It does not come easy. Consider many European countries. They were constantly warring with each other and certainly had harsher punishments for criminals. This foundation was indeed necessary to get to the point of "safety."
And now we are seeing the results of people thinking we can just abandon those aspects.
The idea that having women into the workplace is some sort of capitalist plot is just a silly premise. Think about a lot of the jobs that women are employed at. Make work, email sending, bullshit work. What benefit does that bring to a business? Nothing really. An evil capitalist would not benefit from this.
But someone else benefits by having women in the workplace. Can you guess who that is? The entity that gets extra tax dollars as a result of more women working, the government itself.
There are people out there who think they can take you in a fight, @Humpleupagus
I would be curious to see who exactly these people are, considering that there is device called an elephant gun, which implies that a regular gun is not enough to do the job. Because a regular gun is not enough. So what hope would you have bare handed?
Got a real mystery on my hands. I am up about 5 pounds on my weight (not too much but I can see the numbers on the scale). However, I have not only been able to do the same number of pullups, but I even got a new PR. And I highly doubt the weight gain was all muscle.
So I am still puzzled, but happy that at least I am not falling off in that exercise.
@PapaPole And it takes longer to do school because we are pushing idiots who should not be going to college to seek out those degrees as well as the educational industrial complex doing everything they can to get as much money out of people too foolish to realize that 6 figures of debt for a worthless degree is a bad idea.
@PapaPole Development is based both the innate potential and the environmental pressures on an individual. We all know the stories of the 16 year olds who set out to do great things that men in their 20s are no where close to being able to do in ages past. Though we do not hear much for stories of those young males who died early as well under those same pressures.
Right now, we are doing young people a disservice by not properly preparing them, along with pushing equality too much.
@IAMAL_PHARIUS A car is a necessity in most parts of America. Not saying it is a good thing, but it is true thanks to how we make all our infrastructure car-centric.
Now, as for it being a NEW car, that is indeed not necessary. Most people could get a used car to accomplish what they need. The problem is many people would rather status signal with money they don't have rather than be practical.
@Bad_Banner @Tfmonkey In fact, women working and being empowered in general is causing a lot of those economic issues. The two income trap cannot be a thing if women are working less. And divorce across the board will also not help the housing market, as separate households mean less supply for the same population.
@Bad_Banner @Tfmonkey "The economy" is quite a tired excuse, as there is never a point where economic conditions are going to be "good enough" to turn around bad birth rates due to feminism. Look at any country with an above replacement birth rate and tell me how good their economy is.
Yes, the economics are bad and do not help, but those are not going to be nearly as impactful as women going to college and working instead of getting married and going to the kitchen.
Looks like this will be my new home. Warning: I (probably) have Asperger's, so my be prepared for my autism to show through.
I don't think I am a right wing extremist, but I am sure anyone with low testosterone might think otherwise.
