While this is all true, there is still no way around accusations of violence in the West.
She may love it, want it, have the bruises to show for it, and even a signed contract saying she non-coerceively wants it, but it's still nothing in the face of an accusation.
She can file a police report and get a protection order against you faster than you prove your innocence. Meanwhile you've lost your job, house, reputation and friends.

The thing is, we're mostly talking dads here and dads won't deliberately hand their kids off to pedos in the foster system for the sake of revenge on the mother.
