She is leaning forward either where the pelvis intersects the femur and or where the lower back intersects the pelvis
And leaning backwards in her mid and or upper back
Almost certainly has medical problems if walking around like that all day
Likely narcissism if intentionally staying in that posture all day in order to show off even though choosing to do so for so long causes health problems

I have seen other woman do that and put a lot of thought into the anatomical angles of joints when they do that
I did not put much thought into that particular picture
I already figured out about the joint angles from earlier contemplation
Dancers, ice skaters and gymnasts are not as flexible as they look
They do this fake trick with their back to make their hips look more flexible than they are in terms of their extension range of motion
