There are bicycle police and I think that works because cars can not fit through certain terrain, they can just get off the bike and pursue on foot
If the police bike gets lost or stolen that is a lot cheaper than losing a police car
Only works if bike police are mixed with other police with cars
I do not see someone getting out of the roller blades quickly and switching shoes
Makes more sense with bicycles than roller blades
