I would say physical exercise. Mostly resistance training like weight lifting and bodyweight exercises.
I had to take the vitamin D pills after I started carnivore too.

This. You need to lift heavy to actually build muscle. Protein doesn’t matter if you’re not lifting. Use it or lose it, spaghetti arms
@sardonicsmile I probably am losing muscle, but I'm eating nothing but protein, so what else can I do?
