However, I find him to be a "living Constitution" type. Insofar that he focuses too much on previous rulings and "by the book" case and statute law to justify many police officers.
No one knows The law that well to be able to talk down a cop. They will make an arrest anyway and now the Citizen has a legal battle, with the Government.

I agree with you, Based Bagel, only up to the point where you contend that Two Black parents can statistically significantly produce White babies, save the albinism.
