Ideally about 2,500 per day for a 200 lb man. I understand you want to avoid the carbohydrates and you mentioned you are getting healthy fats from butter. There must be a dietician you can enlist. @shortstories I remember there was an incident where they AI generated a victim of rape, female voice explained her account. This was some high profile case and it was suspiciously inauthentic. No breath taken, unusually scripted. They did not release the name or likeness because of "safety". I think it was the Kavanaugh hearings? They are already doing this, it seems.
