If you do a internet search they do sell various devices and medicine to treat that. Although that does not answer about the SRP. I think there was a pump and also a stretching device. The stretching device is designed to put it in a certain position to correct the curve. I do not know why a pump or ( vacuum pump? ) would work to correct that but I thought I read that. Better to ask a doctor about devices if doctor's appointments are free for you.
