Most vegans & non vegans do not add up how much of each nutrient they consume

They do not bother to combine the incomplete proteins in the correct manner to get enough complete protein for muscle building exercise nor use enough soy or almost complete protein plant products to get enough protein

When Vegans fail to add up protein consumption they are more likely to get a deficiency than non Vegans

This problem also happens more frequently with vegans & other nutrients
