Often on protein powder they recommend 2-3 scoops a day.

I did not try to increase it because I did not see reason to do it.

Maybe I should do experiment and try to increase doses.

I liked that it had some effect on muscle repair and muscle fatigue

0.8 grams sometimes Even more per body weight pound if You want to build and matain a Big muscular body but your lifespan will be shorter cause You Will destroy your kidneys.
