@shortstories Well this is the reason we don't a single item we combine diferent source of protein this is anecdotal but I can LAST a whole month without lifting weights at the Gym and keep My muscle the same I think cause the muscle is Made mostly Made of water and I eat mostly carbo (hidrate)
Anyway I provided the list for you because I thought you would find it useful for food items to eat or food items to tell people vegans can get protein from by eating
