@shortstories You can, but it's more expensive and you have less options as most computers you'll find for sale don't come with linux pre-installed.
It's cheaper to get a computer without any OS, but unless you're building the computer yourself, I recommend you just find one you like (with windows) and install linux yourself, it's pretty easy (other than for boomers). When you install linux, you'll have the option of completely deleting windows or having both (requires more space).

@shortstories If you buy from a company the custom builds PCs, probably, but you're not going to find anything like that at BestBuy. You can also install Linux over original OS if you want.
