@Tfmonkey Pardon my inquiry, I'm sure you might have researched this; I understand a "mega dose" of potassium does abate rheumatoid arthritis. Also, in addition to your hot showers try an Epsom Salt soak/bath, in the same hot water. I found this worked weekly when I used to do endurance and heavy weight training.
Hope.this helps.
@sardonicsmile a mega dose of potassium also stops your heart. It's literally what a lethal injection shot is made of.
@Tfmonkey Perhaps I overstated. Get potassium up to ~6,000 mg.
Using potassium Chloride powder is easier to get potassium from then 50 potassium pills at 2% of the daily value each, because it is easier to just put more powder into a drink mix then to consume more pills when each pill is usually limited to 2% of the daily value
But I am not suggesting the use of potassium supplements as they can be dangerous and most people can safely get enough potassium from food
This is not medical advice
@apopheniac @sardonicsmile @Tfmonkey
My guess is the primary cause is most likely mechanical use of electronic devices & not nutrition alone but I am not giving a medical diagnosis
1 because I have not met them
2 because I am not legally allowed to
However my explanation about potassium is just information if someone chooses to use potassium as another person suggested
Supplements usually are limited to 2% RDA per serving & food is safer
Powder can bipass the limit but might not be safe
@shortstories @sardonicsmile @Tfmonkey Okay scrap my previous nonsense, but if you are on keto you won't be eating many potatoes and bananas. Could it really be a simple potassium deficiency?
