@Tfmonkey
A lot of breads made at wal-mart started to make me feel not so good so I started to wonder if I had a gluten problem but I noticed I could eat bagels that list gluten right on the description without these symptoms
I also noticed I could eat bread from elsewhere without these symptoms
I realized there is something wrong with the wal-mart breads I was eating
I seem to have this problem with certain breads that tend to be poor in taste & high in fiber but not tasty whole grains
@shortstories yeah, I'm wondering if it's the low-carb keto friendly bread I started eating. They're basically artificially infused with additional fiber, and maybe the artificial fiber fucked me up.
Multiple sources that suggest a higher fiber diet then what they claimed most Americans eat I read or heard said to increase fiber gradually or you may get discomfort or health problems if you are trying to increase fiber consumption
These are white looking breads that are higher in protein per calories than the other white bread but lower in fiber per protein or cal than whole grain
I found these easier to digest and I would not be surprised if they had more gluten per calorie
Challah, French Peasant, Indian Flat Bread, Italian or French Bread and Bagels you can get at trader Joe's I found very easy to digest
These were all higher in protein than the cheaper white bread usually providing about 3 or 4 grams of protein per 80 to 120 calories
As opposed to 1 to 2 grams of protein per 80 to 120 Calories that some other white bread might provide
If my memory serves me correctly
@Tfmonkey @shortstories stupid expensive keto hot dog buns
Anything that says wheat on it that does not say Organic or non-gmo might be genetically engineered if you are in the USA
In other countries it has to say maybe USDA organic to meet the USA standards for organic
Here is a list of all the food ingredients that could potentially be Genetically modified if they do not say Organic or Non-GMO
The list is very short when it comes to plants
Animals can have mRNA vaccines and still be labeled as Organic

@pk33 @shortstories @Tfmonkey Wheat is evil. The Bob's Redmill 1:1 ain't great for you, but it's not terrible for weekend treats. Target is $9.79 for the big bag.
In line, I've kept this video since it changed my life in 2012. Post1970s-Wheat-is-Evil.
Modern wheat is worse than GMO. It's not GMO, it's hybridized. It's really evil. It's not "your grandparents' wheat."
@shortstories no, keto is a weight loss thing and I'm currently focused more on finding out what is causing my arthritis rather than losing weight.
The reason the carnivore diet fixes so many issues in people is that it's the most restrictive diet because nobody is allergic to red meat. You're made out of it.
My problem may be related to a gluten sensitivity or how much zinc I take in my supplements. I have to do phased eliminations.
