I do not use violence or even yell when people around me do stupid stuff. I do not want to go to jail or prison.

If I had to I probably could hit hard because how much force or speed my body can produce does not seem to be related to how mad I am.

I grew up around crazy people that had temper tantrums so I basically choose not to have temoer tantrums as an adult and can peacefully ignore things when other people have temper tantrums
