Similar to character like Rhett Caan from Rick and Morty
is a being from Meta Reality with a variant of the power Vocifery which makes anything he says the truth

@shortstories What do you mean by infallibility? He's always reliable, can't be incorrect?

If he can't fail, then I guess he could still be defeated by making him attempt to fail on purpose. So, some kind of mind control, assuming that in this universe his power would activate anyway when his mind is forced into trying to fail, so that he does fail fully.

Then the next guy would be a problem, depending on the physical makeup / intelligence of the new super villain.
