@shortstories It's because women's brains are smaller, so their pre-frontal cortex is more active like a smaller engine having to work harder. It allows them to mimic without appearing too stupid, but the tradoff is that they are still stupid and wildly emotional.
So women's prefrontal cortex is a larger percent of the brain mass or volume but women have a smaller brain if I understand you correctly
So women could actually have the same size or smaller for the prefrontal cortex while still having it take a larger percentage of their brain
@shortstories yeah, I don't have the numbers in front of me but basically women's prefrontal cortex is compensating for their smaller brain size. I don't know if you measure males and females prefrontal cortexes side to side what the numbers are though.

The linked WEF article was talking about a minor confirmation study done on disordered brains. (120 health vs 27000 disordered, 11000 follow up blind control)
They were studying Alzheimer's disease and wanted to know gender based behaviour effects in the brain in this process.
It had absolutely nothing to do with general gender behaviours and brain functions.
