I found if I iuse an elliptical I can do more Calories per time than walking without making my joints sore

Bike seats are painful but maybe it hurts the joints less than walking or running for the same number of Calories

TaeKwonDo is famous for kicks but it actually has very few kicks in total

TaKwonDo does not even have a normal back kick or side kick but actually fused the back kick and side kick into a single kick which further reduces the number of kocks

They will make small changes to the same kicks & call those kicks different kicks
