We should consider if this push for a low sodium diet by the health propagandists is because black people typically remove sodium from their blood slower than white people on average with some exceptions in which individual whites or blacks respond differently
And they are not accomodating for the difference but only giving the sodium intake reccommendations ideal for sedentary black people that are far too low for white people who do high duration high intensity exercise
If they do not have enough sodium and potassium with the water or have to much of either one it can damage the brain and kill people but the sports scientists should have already measured this stuff out
It is normal for competitive eaters to drink a gallon of water with sodium and potassium added
But the propaganda is trying to get people to reduce sodium in their diet
So now people get water breaks
I suspect black people eliminate sodium slower than white people
