Once there was this drunk black guy who showed me a receipt with more than 50 dollars worth of bar related expenses when that was enough money to buy more than a weeks worth of food in that year
He was just talking to me while I was outside a bar in a public place for reasons not related to drinking alcohol & somehow I saw the receipt maybe he just showed it to me or set it right down on the table in a public place in front of me where I could plainly see it without touching it

I mean technically the rioters who destroy their own neighborhood should be put in jail and after they are convicted of a felony in a proper court trial they should not be allowed to vote since convicted felons are not allowed to vote

A mandatory math test should be required for all individuals over 18 years old
Failure to pass the math test would require a choice of more mandatory math classes in a math study center prison or deportation
Those who do not pass the math test should not be allowed to vote, collect government benefits or be employed until they pass the test
Individuals who are too disabled to communicate can be put in special care centers instead of the prison but not allowed to leave without supervision
